It was clear that they came into our room because dirty towels were dumped on the bed, but they must have gotten called away because our room was left dirty (actually dirtier than we left it!).
I stayed two nights and the second day housekeeping did not even clean our room. The hotel really is unable to adequately service its guests, especially when they are at full capacity, as they were this week. It is really nicely decorated and upscale for a casino hotel in atlantic city with a resort feel, but as they were just getting up and running at that point I held off on writing a review.
I had originally stayed back in February and it had just opened up. I visited this hotel this past week for the second time.
